Cancellation Policy

Please book a minimum of 2 hours prior to class start time. For Private Sessions - request your booking time and trainer and you will receive a confirmation or reschedule message before your session is booked. If you need to update your booking, please do at least 12 hours prior to class or session time via the app, website or message to 330-975-2020. You will be charged for cancellations of less than 12 hours notice. Thank you!
