Cancellation Policy

For Private Sessions - request your booking time and trainer and you will receive a confirmation message when your session is booked. All pre paid private sessions are non-refundable, but please message us in the FIT app, website or text to 330-975-2020 if you have a conflict. You will be charged for cancellations of less than 12 hours notice. Thank you!
