val•ue verb consider (someone or something) to be important or beneficial; have a high opinion of.

What are the top things you value in life?

  • Family

  • Friends

  • Home

  • Job

  • Health

Where or what do you invest your money on?

  • Vacations

  • New Car

  • Hair, Nails, Face :)

  • Eating out

  • Concerts/Events

  • Massage

  • Clothes

  • Kids - all the things they "need"

Our willingness to INVEST in things is tied to the VALUE we associate with it.

An all inclusive vacation to Aruba may be more of an investment than a day at Cedar Point, but which holds more Value to you? Depends on what you perceive to "get" from your investment. Both offer fun and entertainment. Which offers you relaxation and a break from life's demands?

We sometimes go for the least expensive options (hello Amazon), but in the long run find out the

Value wasn't there. (Hello Amazon returns;)

Your Health and Wellness is the MOST Important Investment you will ever make!

Gym memberships with accountability coaches, nourishing foods, taking time for our selves - those are the things that give us the biggest return on our investments. The Value may not be seen today. But over time, the returns compound. You are investing in your future self 6 months from now, 5 years from now, 20 years from now...

What are you worth?

  • Don't want to get hip replacement surgery at 55?

  • Don't want to be on multiple meds to manage your blood sugar, blood pressure, anxiety...?

  • Don't want to miss out on LIFE because you're just too tired or uncomfortable in your own body?

Invest in your health NOW. So you can enjoy all the things to come.
